Return Policy

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction we will accept returns on all of our boxed sets, gift boxes, stuffed totes, spa sets, and facial care gift packages for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. Which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your order and wish to return your order for a full refund of your purchase price you must do so within 30 days. We do not charge any fee for restocking any unused items from your order.  Your return must include the unused portion of each product sent as part of your gift box, along with a copy of your order confirmation, invoice, or packing slip. 

Exchange Policy


As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction we will accept exchanges on any of our products for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery, which means that you may return the items from your order for identical items or request a store credit that can be applied toward your next order. We do not charge any fee for restocking any unused items from your order. 

Return Label Required


Prior to returning your order, you must contact us at admin@myscentedgift.com for a label to return your merchandise with a postage paid shipping label for authorized returns.  We do not accept unapproved shipments. Packages sent to us containing merchandise without an approved label are considered unauthorized and will be refused upon delivery. Any fees or postage costs you may have incurred to send us back your item with no approved label will be at a loss that is entirely yours.  Your prepaid shipping label will contain the following information needed to process your return in a timely manner and ensure that your package is delivered to the correct mail drop prepared to inspect and process your return. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. If you have questions related to your return or wish to obtain a status of your refund you can contact our customer service department using our online form available at our website, or via email. We respond to all requests within 24 hours.

Damaged, Defective, or Order 


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that.
we may resolve the problem. We may offer to send you a replacement item, suggest an alternative product that is similar, or if the item is out of stock, we may offer to refund you the price of the item, or accept an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. 

Tracking Information

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours, and our preferred delivery service is the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped insured with priority 3-day delivery anywhere in the continental US. Once your order has been finalized and confirmed, we will e-mail you an update with your tracking information. We currently do not offer free expedited shipping services, there is a $27 fee for all next day air shipments sent via FedEx, and are nonrefundable. 

Body Oils

Unfortunately, all sales are final on individual personal body oils not included in a gift package. and purchased as a single item once the item has been opened and/or the security seal has been broken. We will gladly allow you to exchange the item for an item for equal or lesser value or issue you a store credit, that can be redeemed towards the purchase price of any future orders.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your purchase.

Gift Card Sales


Unfortunately, all sales are final on all gift card purchases and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Our adherence to this practice is in accordance with our local and state e-commerce regulations. Please keep in mind that gift cards purchased for use at our store do expire after two years from the date of issuance and will no longer be valid after the stipulated time frame. Use your gift card quickly, and we look forward to your order. 

Cancellations


Your method of payment will be charged upon shipment, and if at any time prior to the shipment of your order, you do have the right to request a no fee cancellation that will stop the order from being fulfilled. We understand that mistakes happen, and if you changed your mind, or wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after your order has been placed via e-mail. Please include your name, order number, and the date you order was placed. We will gladly accept your request to cancel and e-mail you a confirmation of cancellation.

Refund Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to inform you the date we have issued your refund. Please allow 10 days to process your refund. All refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If we experience any issue processing your refund, we will contact you via e-mail.
